Paul Day is a Lacrosse coach and GM of the Philadelphia Wings of National Lacrosse League and GM of the MSL Peterborough Lakers. Day was born and raised in Peterborough playing lacrosse and other sports. He won 3 Minto Cups in Peterborough in 1986, 1987 and 1989. He played in 2 Mann Cup Championships during the 1990’s and won an NLL title as a player with the Buffalo Bandits. Day coached the Rochester Knighthawks for 20 years and won 4 titles as a coach with the Knighthawks in 1997, 2012, 2013 and 2014. During his tenure with the Knighthawks, he also served as a coach and manager with the Team Canada national box lacrosse team and won world championships in 2007, 2011 and 2015. Most recently, Day the helped the Peterborough Lakers win the past 3 Mann Cups. Paul also coaches the Lincoln Red Coats novice lacrosse team.
